Science of Natural Gas – Data Set

Summary

This fossil fuel production data analysis activity challenges high school students to interpret a line graph and data table of global fossil fuel production from 2000 to 2023. Students will analyze trends for natural gas, coal, and oil, identify patterns in growth and fluctuation, and hypothesize about the technological or political factors that influence these trends.
